All dumpster bins remain the property of Junk Taxi, prices include a rental period of 7 days. If you exceed the 7 day period additional charges of $10 per day will apply.
Bins are to be loaded no higher than the top of the sides of the dumpsters. We ask that you load your materials only to the top of the wall edge. If overloading occurs, additional charges may be assessed. If the materials are loaded to an unsafe level, the dumpster bin will be unloaded accordingly. This is to ensure safety.
Dumpster bins that are deemed loaded over capacity, by either volume or weight, will not be picked up. An additional fee of $75 dollars will be charged for attempted pickup once the load has been reduced. Charges for exceeding the rental period may also apply.
Any damage caused to the dumpster above normal wear and tear is the responsibility of the customer.
Mixing dense material in with garbage will result in an additional charge.
Examples of dense material: Concrete, Asphalt, Dirt, Sand, Stone, Shingles, Brick, Lath and Plaster.....Etc.
We are not licensed to and cannot take hazardous materials (see list below). The below items are not permitted in any of our disposal bins.
Our dumpster bin Flat Rates do not include dense material. Dense material can add an additional charge, please contact us for more information.
